🌟 Staff Progression
💬 Chat Moderator (Trial Role)

All new staff members begin as a Chat Moderator on a trial basis. (Trial Length: minimum 3 months)

During this time you will:
• Monitor Discord chat & in-game behaviour
• Help players with questions and support
• Enforce rules fairly and respectfully
• Learn staff tools and procedures

This trial helps us ensure you’re confident, reliable, and a great fit for the team.

🎮 Server Moderator

After successfully completing the trial, you may be promoted to Server Moderator.

Responsibilities include:
• In-game moderation & rule enforcement
• Handling player reports
• Supporting events & community engagement
• Helping maintain a positive server experience

🛠️ Server Admin (Limited & Rare)

Trusted long-term staff may be considered for Server Admin after around 12+ months on the team.

⚠️ Admin roles are limited and only opened when needed.

Admins assist with:
• Staff guidance & leadership
• Complex disputes & escalations
• Server management decisions
• Gameplay & plugin oversight

✔ Be active in Discord and Rust
✔ Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
✔ Stay calm and fair when handling situations
✔ Work well as part of a team
